Ann, Luke tells me that: 1. The chats are stored in the journal, but we don't know if there is an easy way to move them to a flash drive (Luke is trying as I type). 2. Alt-1 puts a screen shot in the journal. We can drag it to a USB stick from there. Good questions... Thanks! jeff On Wed,
