Should have been fixed in sugar-toolkit. This was fixed in 12.1.0 os12. Yes, confirmed tested Clock 8 on Spanish and it says: La hora es:'' (which is ok) and then it says hour in other lang (French). There are translation issues, but this case seems like functionality issue, could be a regression or code lacking between versions?. P.S.
