We will have many developers for some months across several timezones;
IST, US/Eastern (Walter), and Australia/Sydney (James).  Let me know
if you are in another timezone.

Constraining within each zone for 6am to 10pm, the only options are;

A.  UTC 1am Tuesday, US/Eastern 9pm Monday, IST 6:30am Tuesday,
Australia/Sydney 11am Tuesday,

B.  UTC 10am Tuesday, US/Eastern 6am Tuesday, IST 3:30pm Tuesday,
Australia/Sydney 8pm Tuesday,

C.  UTC 11am Tuesday, US/Eastern 7am Tuesday, IST 4:30pm Tuesday,
Australia/Sydney 9pm Tuesday.
