It's perfectly reasonable to have a scroll bar that isn't anywhere near the edge of the screen. (scrolling a list, etc.) We must not forget this when discussing things like infinite target width. That said, at least for the common case of the scrollbar being at the edge of the screen and possibly

I'm not sure, is there an equivalent for non-XO keyboards? A pity the scrollbar is so thin when there are so many pixels available. Sometimes I wonder if it wouldn't be useful to offer an optional rollover bubble mode like on the old pre-OSX Macs, useful for describing key combo equivalents in
