Certainly Traci can do it, but I wanted to have my own classes of agents to
better study several scenarios for intermodality.

The rerouting is one of behaviors that I want to implement. So, I think it
will better to have my own agent.

you can do that using traci. Just create python controllers for your two types
of agents to specify their behaviors online.
