A project lead election for Michael Behrisch on project Eclipse SUMO (technology.sumo) was started by Robert Hilbrich with this criteria:
Michael has been project lead and core developer for SUMO during the last years (see [1]). He is a vital part of our research group at the German Aerospace Center in Berlin. His role as a project lead has been described as part of the initial project proposal [2], but unfortunately, he was only added to the list of committers by the internal processes @ Eclipse. We would like to fix this with this election.
