There might be alternatives to this as well but what you can very well do is to
check for the time step in the python script using TRACI and force your vehicle
to depart at that specific time step.

crossing?To simulate pedestrian crossing you can pass the --pedestrian command
into the TRACI file to be used as startup commands when the SUMO subprocess is
called.You can include the pedestrian crossing into an edge
Hi All,I would like to change the real time factor value for SUMO. From what I
understand, this value stands at 10 i.e., 1 second in the GUI corresponds to 10
seconds in real life.
Is there a possibility of changing this factor?

Hi All,I was wondering if it is possible to launch the GUI from the python
script and start the simulation on it's own without clicking on the play button
and forcing the GUI to start.
And if yes, then maybe have a predefined delay as well for the GUI.

I get this error when I run the runner.py file available form the SUMO website
and the SUMO-GUI shows
Error: Could not access configuration 'cross.sumocfg'.
Quitting (on error).
The SUMO-GUI however opens but can’t access the configuration file.

When I am trying to perform the netconvert on a net.xml file and generate it's
equivalent XODR (Open Drive) file, for all the straight(line) geometry segments

Hi,I modified my net.xml file in NETEDIT by introducing a traffic signal at a
junction but when I try to convert into the OpenDrive format (XODR) by using
the command, I don't get the traffic signal component in the file. It's
supposed to be reflected under the element tag.
