Most of the available vClasses can be freely re-purposed as custom classes.
The following classes have the same default properties as passenger cars:
"private", "vip", "hov"

Ok, thanks for the answer Jakob.
Is there any chance to add a "custom3" vClass? I would need also set
restrictions to motorbikes. If not, I would appreciate if you can implement
this third custom class in following SUMO versions.
