crossing?To simulate pedestrian crossing you can pass the --pedestrian command
into the TRACI file to be used as startup commands when the SUMO subprocess is
called.You can include the pedestrian crossing into an edge

I am sorry but at the moment it is not possible to force a lane change over
the opposite direction via TraCI. I have created a new issue (number 3844)

Hi Akbar,
There might be alternatives to this as well but what you can very well do is to
check for the time step in the python script using TRACI and force your vehicle
to depart at that specific time step.
