I have had a request to construct a moon dial for a vertical east-facing
wall.
This is new territory for me.
Can anyone point me in the direction of sources/computer programmes that
would give me guidance?

I recently got a used CSI LGBX Pro DGPS Receiver.
This is a CSI long wave beacon receiver with an integrated Ashtech 12 channel GPS receiver iwth an antenna that receives
both of them.
The display option with the most resolution is dddmm. and it seems to be
good to less than one f

I have just published a small book 'A Study of the Quadrant' that does have a

Astronomical purists may feel uneasy but the easiest way to find south
if there are any buildings about is to look at the satellite dishes.
Around here they point a little east of south and they presumably point
near to south throughout the northern hemisphere.
