Yes, I too have read that the annual change from Standard Time to
Daylight-Saving Time is a disruption that people aren't able to adjust to,
not even by the end of summer.
But should it be left at Standard Time, or at DST?
Leave it on Daylight-Savings Time all year, with no time-change. In other
