Dear Friends, Many of you may have known Peter Abrahams of Portland, Oregon. Peter was one of the first members of NASS, which was where I met him some 25 years ago. He was also active in other scientific instrument societies, such as the Antique Telescope Society, the Scientific Instrument Commission, etc.
