Dear forum users,
We had setup SRSS 4.1 with two SFT1000 servers as a failover group. We
used Demo_kiosk script as Kiosk mode and redirect serial port.
We had discovered the following problem:
1) Both servers running in FOG, users connected to either Sunray server
can print to Olivetti printer.
Remark:
i - Example, User1 connect to server1, they can printer to Olivetti. In
the same time user2 connect to server2, they can't print to Olivetti
printer.
ii - Sometimes, users connected to server2, can print and users
connected to server1 , can't print.
2)If we shutdown either sunray servers, users successfully print to
Olivetti printer.
Our environment:
- 2x SFT1000 with Solaris 10 10/08
- SRSS 4.1 with patched 139548-01
- SRWC 2.1
- Demo_Kiosk
- Olivetti Printer
