Dear all,

I would like to update my SRSS-4.1 and SRWC-2.1 patches to the latest release. I would like to know patch installation strategy/procedure (in a safe way) for my system.

I have 2x T1000 servers, installed Solaris 10 and running in FOG (Primary & Secondary)config. Each servers ONLY have one hard disk which means no mirroring.
Below are the software & patch info details:

Software Installed:
1) SRSS 4.1
2) SRWC 2.1

Patches Installed:
1) 139548-02 - Sun Ray Core Services version 4.1
2) 139725-01 - Sun Ray Connector for Microsoft Windows v2.1
3) 141176-01 - Sun Ray Kiosk Session Service version 4.1

So, these are my plans:
1) Backup OS of both servers.
2) Unconfigure FOG on both servers and convert both servers as Standalone.
3) Install patch 139548-03 and 139725-02 on one of the servers and test run for a week.
4) After one week passed, install the same patches on second server.
5) Then finally configure the servers to form a FOG.

You are welcome to give me your feedback & suggestion on patch installation for FOG.

Regards,
Alisampras
