Thomas - On the password panel, have you tried clicking CANCEL? When my users get in that state, clicking CANCEL takes them back to a PIN solicitation. Does that work for you? Canceling the password panel apparently causes the Windows login process (winlogin?) on the Windows Terminal Server to
