Until about three years ago, I had a fileserver running 24/7 (including 0.5 version of Freenet), on a static IP, fiber-optic, but the electricity's gone up ever since, and my needs have changed. At the moment, I could even offer up to around 6400 Kbytes/s incoming and 500 Kbytes/s outgoing
