I just switched my ISP, hence I have a new IP now. Is there any way to speed up the process of my node getting to know the others? That is, it seems like the freenet considers my node a new one (since it's on a new IP), and I'd like to "inherit" the credentials I had before (for the lack of a bette

On Windows XP SP2, when I try try to install Freenet, I get the error "Download of seednodes.zip failed: 'HTTP/1.1 307'." The same error is given for all files the installer tries to download. HTTP status code 307 is Temporary Redirect. How should I proceed to successfully install Freenet? -- G

I have been a frequent Freenet user for over a year without any problem until last week. Last sunday Freenet stpped while I was using Fuqid for d/l and Frost for d/l and u/l messages. I tried to find what problem caused this outage of Freenet and how to solve but I was not able to (re-)start Freen
