course! ;)
 
 congratulations again to freenet - the propagation of keys seems to be very good, 
after inserting a file with htl=10 into my local node, i was able to retrieve 
 the same file via *several* foreign ssh public node within minutes - without even 
one dnf or rnf! (i think requesting htl was 15 each)
