Starting with "Web Interface" switch to "Advanced Mode" using the link 
in the top right.  Then the last item in the menu on the left is 
"Command Line Info".  This gives a complete list of command line 
switches and configuration file settings (at least I assume it is a 
complete list - no-one has ever said so).
