It really sounds like a Frost problem to me. Do other FCP apps work (Thaw, for example)? Please check your frost.log file for any error messages. If you want you could send me the log files for analysis, but if you want to then send them directly to me, NOT to the support list! rgds, bback, frost developer. One of the things to make sure is that you don't set any downloads/inserts to the high priority (and definitely not emergency). If you do that then frost will always have to wait until other stuff completes first.
