the problem was that aclocal linux directory(not the openmoko) didn't had
codeset.m4 gettex.m4 glib21.m4 iconv.m4 isc-posix.m4 lcdmessage.m4
progtest.m4
i just copied them them compiled and later made an upgrade as well on my fr
as a result everything works
