All,
FSO seems to support several root files systems per release - console,
ilume, gtk, etc. What is the difference - functionally or UI-wise - if
any?

Following your lead several days later, while installing xfce4 and
gdm, zhone-session, frameworkd and several other FSO components were
uninstalled. What are you using for a phone application? Also, with
the referenced error below, how do you respond to the screen prompt
from GDM about X

nope. the file to modify is nothing but text.

I thought I'd try some different things and learn python along the way.
I have FSO MS 2 installed with opkg feeds updated and including the
angstrom repository feed.
I don't seem to be able to install python packages which appear in the
angstrom repository, although I have installed other
I get absolutely no sound from media player. This started with the
factory image and continues with the July 17 image. I've tried using
alsamixer to no effect (although I'm not sure what I'm doing other the
turning on the dials up).
Thoughts? Suggestions?
