seem to work well, having said that, I found the newest version of
Astaro don't seem to like the VIA Eden chip based units, Nothing perfect

I have two identical servers running pfsense in a CARP cluster that I
can make crash with kernel trap 12 errors. I seem to be able to cause the error
by creating a CARP virtual ip that is on a different network from the IP on the
NIC.

The provided link does not specify what the NIC chipsets are. Can you provide these? It does seem like a nice piece of equipment.
