I'm getting an error message: Unable to retrieve MSN address book. I found
this thread on this issue:

The issue is supposedly related to msnp14 or 15, which isn't even on my list
of plugins.

What did you use -- telepathy-butter or telepathy-haze. The
latter just uses libpurple, so there is no difference from
pidgin. I don't know

On Ubuntu 8.04.1 - Pidgin 2.4.1 = OK, working. The client connects to MSN.
On Windows XP - Pidgin 2.5.2 = FAILED: Unable to retrieve MSN Address Book (In
