My Pidgin acct says I'm not authorized

Hi,   My company website is down so I am using my yahoo acct to contact you.   I am a current subscriber of Pidgin - valerie.mur...@joesscrap.com a KruseCom Company, the manager or admiinistrator is Hank Laws.   I just got a new computer and Pidgin was not downloaded.  I tried doing that

Pidgin and Jabber

Using Windows 7. Suddenly my Jabber account set up in Pidgin will not make a connection. Normally, I make the connection over a tor proxy without any problem. Has something changed I am not aware of? How can I go about finding out the cause of this problem? :(
