Случайно наткнулся на проблему безопасности в программе Pidgin.
При просмотре файла */home/user/.purple/accounts.xml*,* *я обнаружил что

I keep getting a prompt for Certificate for local-bay.contacts.msn.com.

Достали ребята с этой проблемой. Если к твоему домашнему каталогу имеет
доступ кто угодно, никакая шифрация не поможет, поверь.
