This is a public, peer support, mailing list, supporting free software.
You cannot expect quick responses. You asked essentially the same
question with only ten minutes in between.

You haven't told us which service you are attempting to use, and if that
is not a well known public service, how it accessed (in particular the
protocol used), but my guess is that you need to contact the people
running the service as this is likely to be the result of their policy
on how they operate the servers, and nothing to do with Pidgin.

Even for public services, there may be more than one protocol, and some
may involve specific plug-ins.

Hi!

1. There is pidgin 2.13.0 already.

2. What are your system's software?

3. See https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/TipsForBugReports .

4. Can you provide a crash stacktrace?

Regards,

Shlomi

Pidgin 2.12.0. Always crashing on screen resolution changes

2018-06-08 Thread Mark Gillespie
Hello, got a problem with pidgin where it crashes when my screen resolution
changes. I have multiple monitors in my laptop dock, when I dock or
undock, it will.akways crash. For my scenario, this is 10+ times a day (I
go to lots of meetings!!!).

Is there a workaround or fix? Is this a known issue?

Thanks
