and disabled on the router, I tested with the various options for MSN
accounts in Pidgin (e.g. 'Use HTTP Method', 'Allow direct connections',
etc.) both enabled and disabled, and set my correct external IP in
Pidgin's Network settings. Nothing made any difference to MSN file

I have been unable to send files via transfer to a friend for some time. I
am using Pidgin v2.6.1 and he is using Windows Live Messenger. This isn't
listed as a problem and has never been addressed in many version changes. Is
there a way to fix it so that I can send him a file?
