If this is still a problem you are going to need to provide significantly more information about the problem if you want anyone to be able to help you. At a minimum you are going to need to tell us what version of pidgin you are using, what protocol you are attempting to use (AIM, MSN, Yahoo!, etc.), what exactly you are trying that isn't working and what error (if any) you are getting. You don't have a pidgin account, you have an account with a IM service - ICQ, MSN, AIM, Yahoo, etc. Pidgin is the software you use to connect to these services. Are you getting Received unexpected response from http://api.oscar.aol.com/aim/startOSCARSession ? If so, go to Accounts, Manage Accounts, select account, Advanced, uncheck Use clientLogin. If not, what service and what is the error message you are getting?
