You will have to contact the administrator of the server in question and ask them to remove the account so that you can recreate it, alternatively they might be able to reset the password. Is this a commercial service or an in-house company facility? I believe what is happening is that you're trying to register an account (create a new account on the server) that already exists. If you believe the account that already exists on the server is an account you previously created (and cannot remember the password for) you need to contact the server administrators and see about resetting your password/etc. This isn't something pidgin can do for you.
