it is easy to get confused with Aptina documentation :-)
First of all - three sensors: MT9P001, MT9P031 and MT9P006 seem to have the
same chip, differences are in intended market and microlens/filter array. When
reading chip ID - the value is exactly the same for all 3 devices - 0

On aptina's website i read that the MT9P006 has shuttertype ERS
In the datasheet for the MT9P006 i can read that among the feartures
is "snapshot modes" and "global reset".
I thought these last 2 features belonged to global shutter camera's.
So can you tell

Rollins shutter sensors have both advantages and disadvantages compared to
snapshot ones, so it is difficult to reply about "good quality pictures". You

Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to know if the NC353L-369 can make good quality pictures
of moving objects.
Similar to a simple consumer camera at shutterspeed 1/1250.
I'm planning to use a strobe flash.
Will the rolling shutter be able to make a good picture or should i
search for a global shutter
