Dear Servaas, it is easy to get confused with Aptina documentation :-) First of all - three sensors: MT9P001, MT9P031 and MT9P006 seem to have the same chip, differences are in intended market and microlens/filter array. When reading chip ID - the value is exactly the same for all 3 devices - 0

Dear Andrey, I'm a bit confused now. On aptina's website i read that the MT9P006 has shuttertype ERS  In the datasheet for the MT9P006 i can read that among the feartures is "snapshot modes" and "global reset". I thought these last 2 features belonged to global shutter camera's. So can you tell

Dear Sir/Madam I would like to know if the NC353L-369 can make good quality pictures of moving objects. Similar to a simple consumer camera at shutterspeed 1/1250. I'm planning to use a strobe flash. Will the rolling shutter be able to make a good picture or should i search for a global shutter
