We bought the camera from Sebastian Pichelhofer in Austria. Unfortunately he is in holiday and cannot help us. We have never been able to use the SATA port.

On the USB port there is not even 5V so is cannot work. We have already upgraded to the latest firmeware (2011).

fix it - a few hours most likely.
