Why can't I see any colors in SM 2.46?

Ever since I installed 2.46 all I see is text and sometimes I can't see some of that. The pages are like they are transparent. All white with just some text, buttons are just outlines with text titles in them. The text in any selected email in my message box is white and I cannot see who the

Intel video drivers? They are junk and frequently cause these problems. See if newer ones are available. If other brand please also check if you have the latest driver installed. There were some major changes to suppor html5 better in between 2.40 and 2.46 and so buggy drivers cause more
