If I set my e-mail Inbox (or news, I think) account Threads Pane up to
show me who I've received e-mails from, when I then look at my Sent
folder, it also shows me that I've sent all those e-mails

Well, when I am an idiot I will admit it. I should have disabled
extensions one at a time before I posted here and wasted everyone's
time. Sorry to everyone.
The extension causing this erratic behavior is Lightbird 0.7.1.
I find it interesting since I think of that as a lightning/calendaring

Probably. I've verified that the Tumbleweed/x86_64 packages build
correctly on my local machine. I haven't tried building Leap
15.1/x86_64 packages myself but the openSUSE Build Service is taking
care of that now.

experience freeze ups when trying to move from folder to folder. I had
to pkill the Seamonkey process on my machine to get it backoh, well,
back to Waterfox/Thunderbird for awhile. I love Seamonkey and hope this
issue
