important cache problem ...

... i've been email many letters stating they will do something for me. (it's in my puter somewhere and someone has told me how to access the cache and that was gud) but it did not access ALL my old letters just a few. ... i need to access ALL. i have 13 years here but 1 on 'this' puter. cam
