Downloaded seamonkey-2.0.tar.gz into /usr/local, uppacked it, went to /usr/local/seamonkey and ran ./seamonkey from a terminal window. Seamonkey started at the home page with the following output to the terminal window: Script started on Sun 01 Nov 2009 11:52:13 AM EST
