Here is what I see in my SM v2.31 web browser in an very old, updated
Windows XP Pro SP3 machine with 1024 pixels width:

As was suggested an image of the homepage that loads incorrectly would be very
helpful.
But, am a bit unclear how to do it. I tried to simply attach a file and the
moderator wouldn't allow it
because it was too big a file!

It appears okay for me unless I disable CSS. Note that there are two

Looks the same in SM 2.31, FF 34.0, IE 11, Pale Moon 3.9.24. Maybe you
need to clear your cache.

Am using Seamonkey V2.31 on a windows 7 pc. When I launch my home page it loads
badly misaligned. Many things are loaded page left. Other items load on top of
each other! If I click reload the page does load correctly. This happens
frequently.
Not sure what to do at this point...
