My bloviated meandering follows what stan graced us with on 8/2/2011 8:35 PM: I have 2.2 SeaMonkey. In the Navigation Toolbar there is noting to click on after entering URL. I must use CR. If you right-click on say, the menubar or navigation bar and select Customize it should bring up a panel
