Yes: simply copy the whole profile from WinXP. It's in C:\Documents and
Settings\UserName\Application Data\Mozilla\SeaMonkey (copy the whole

I'm not sure about start up, it may be a tad slower in 2.x but browsing
is definitely faster in 2.x, especially on pages with complex tables, so
