I use SeaMonkey 2.17.1 under WinXP Pro SP3
Problem 1 - search specified folder only or folders + sub-folders
I subscride to several mailing lists on a particular topic.
All mail defaults to a primary folder for the topic.
That folder has multiple sub-folders, primarily based on source
mailing
Further investigation has shown that there is a delay of exactly 3
seconds for each IMAP account that is displayed in the mail screen.
The delay occurs at the start of a thread that is connecting the IMAP
server, before it even attempts to connect.
