Ewong didn't sound hopeful.
Linux i686 and osx downloads give a 404. Linux x64 points to a truncated file.
Website still has some problems which will hopefully be ironed out tomorrow.

SeaMonkey 2.49.2 is released, and I just loaded SeaMonkey 2.49.2, over
SeaMonkey 2.49.1, and SeaMonkey 2.49.2 loaded correctly! I am operating on
Microsoft Windows 10 Home, with all current updates, running with 16 GB of
Installed Memory (RAM),
2.49.2 is out. The webserver hasn't updated the news section yet but the
release notes already made it:
