Places, for instance newegg, and there are many more, will load the
home screen, then when I go anywhere, it is blank, or I get access

Yes I have tried in safe mode.
Yes I have tried a clean profile.
Yes I have tried with identify as FF & SM.
Yes I have tried with identify as FF.

Portable version of FF60 works fine.

Anybody else having this problem

Maybe your Win7 changes are interfering.

No problems with Newegg.com's web site with my SeaMonkey v2.53.3 (User

64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC. I only clicked on a few links from its home page
and searches. You didn't tell us which OS you use since your e-mail
headers doesn't show that information with your Forte Agent 2.0/32.652
usenet client. Have you tried using a brand new user account in your OS too?

You need to provide an exact URL to a page that can be checked by others
without signing in, and also clarify the exact error or behaviour that
you are seeing.

Yes, I am still running Win7, and have no plans to move to Win8, or
downgrade to W10, the demented cartoon edition of windows.
W10 is basically a graphics terminal to the M$ cloud, nothing more.

Speaking strictly for myself, I do not reccomend leaving updates on at
all, or installing them except individually.
M$ consistently adds undocumented contents, or hides the full
description behind a summary, or uses misleading language.

Instead, get the yearly security rollups, then run the anti telemetry
shell scripts so they can't sneak anyting in.

Nearly all security updates for windows itself concern IE, OE, or IIS.
Do not use any of them and your attackable profile is reduced to a
miniscule fraction.

For myself, I run Win7 with a few extras.
Openshell, set as classic as I can make it.
7+ taskbar switcher.
Network activity indicator.
Explorer++, an open source replacement.
I get ~90% of a good GUI back.

I also replace windows search with voidtools everything.
It is faster, more consistent, and supports network searches.
It also recently began supporting content based searches as well.

This is what I do, do what works for you.
