If I select View -> Headers -> All Headers, I can see references and click on the message ID of the message to which the author replied. (So to clarify, I receive messages from someone who does not quote anything, but in his headers is the reference to the message id of the message he replied to.

If someone posts the characters Left Double Quotation Mark “ or Right Double Quotation Mark ” without any mime headers to indicate the encoding, Seamonkey seems to manage to display them anyway, whereas Gnus displays \223 \224. How is Seamonkey managing to find out what these codes mean? and how

What determines the sort order of tags? Maybe it is broken? I thought I could remove the need for lightning by using tags to make a task list. So I create a search folder to search for any message with a tag. Then I enable the tag column and sort on tags. But they do not seem to be in the right

I thought this would be easy. I have installed Lightning 5.4. I am using SM 2.49.1 which I compiled. I want to make an email into a task, but I can't see any way to do it. Also I suspect this version of lightning isn't going to work properly. When I display the calendar it gets stuck in a loop

This video is supposed to be playing but something in my settings is stopping it. What can it be?

This video will play if I create a new profile. But it won't play in my default. So something must be stopping it. I have disabled all the addons. Does SM know there is a video here which is supposed to be playing? Maybe there is a way for it to say why it isn't?

I've been using 2.49.1 for a while. I noticed that Adblock plus had stopped saving any data. And all my filters had gone. If I added a new one, then quit the browser, it would be gone. So I tried 2.46 and it seems to work OK there. Can I go back to 2.46 with the same profile? I hope I won't have
