This problem is known mainly because our Win32 builders need VS2013, which we don't have installed and can't install because the underlying operating system is old (Windows 2003). Tinderbox has long since been replaced by the TBPL (Tinderbox pushlog - which doesn't use tinderbox despite the name). More recently the tbpl has been replaced by treeherder - at least for Firefox and Thunderbird. So Tinderbox is about two generations ago. I don't know, which system actually builds the binaries on ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/tinderbox-builds/mozilla-aurora-win32/ or on ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/tinderbox-builds/comm-central-win32/ but ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/tinderbox-builds/comm-aurora-win32/ only contains building-reports like 'comm-aurora-win32-bm01-universal-build3293.txt.gz' since June. ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/ contains a bunch of Mac- And Linux-Builds from seamonkey-2.33a1 but the last windows-build is seamonkey-2.30a1 from June.
