SM 1.1.18 and 2.0

Can someone please point me to a simplified procedure to convert from 1.8 to 2.0, including email folders, nicknames and addys, newsgroups, the url history list, bookmarks, mail and news servers, etc. I would like to try the procedure on a spare machine before starting on the rest of our herd.
