From time to time SeaMonkey seems to go away for some amount of time with
different symptoms depending on the function being used at the moment. When
composing a message many strange things can happen including the composition
window leaving the foreground and the main message window taking its place.
Keystrokes that were being typed prior to the switch and not displayed now
seem to be taken by the main window with unpredictable results.
If I am clicking on messages in the thread pane of the main window, various
odd things can happen. Usually it simply locks up for a bit and then
resumes normal operation. Other times the highlight will move to the
message line in the thread pane, but the actual message will not update in
the message pane. Sometimes it never changes and a different message will
need to be selected in the thread pane, when the original message is
selected again I can tell the message had been downloaded, but simply not
displayed. Most recently the message did ultimately get displayed, but not
in the normal manner, but like this....

maintained, stick with the 8P8C connector. Otherwise, bad connection means
you will need to rework or replace the PCB, not just nip off the connector
from the loose wire and crimp in another. IDC (insulation displacement
connector) solutions for stranded won't be right for solid, and vice versa,
which means some of your wiring won't be compatible with the PCB mounted
IDC, no matter which you use.
Why would SeaMonkey decide to display a message this way?
