SM 1.1.14 on a W98se system How do I construct a filter that will mark all arriving articles that have a particular newsgroup in the Newsgroups: header line and specific words in Subject: header line, as read. Specifically: for newsgroup = alt.computer Subject: = My vintage dream PC Newsgroups: line crossposting list contains alt.folklore.computers There seem to be one candidate place: - On the Newsgroup panel, Tools | Message Filters --> Customize .. But I couldn't make it work. I also looked at - On Newsgroup panel right side, View: customize ... But that didn't have a choice of "doesn't contain", so I couldn't make a filter of "Newsgroups _doesn't_contain_ alt.folklore.computers"
