I was just messing with the 2.46 beta from https://goo.gl/qcDsWv after testing the 2.45 build from the same place. I did a Speed Battle test with both. 2.45 scored, on average, around 850 on my lowly Latitude E6410 i5 M560 with 8GB RAM. 2.46 scores, on average, 1225. If my math is right, that's a 30.6% perf increase on the same hardware.
