Where's the option to notify me about blocked pop-ups?

Hi! I accidently told SeaMonkey v2.0.8 web browser to never bug me about blocked pop-ups. I need to undo this, but I could not find the option in preferences. Does anyone know where to change this? Thank you in advance. :) -- The Hunam Tiger ant has been known to consume an entire meal
