Is there a way to synchronize the Mail, Local Folders, and News on two
computers so that both SeaMonkey computer files are up to date and
duplicate??

Ken, I'm not familiar with the term Open Web

answer.
First, what I'm talking about is this. In your SM browser (mine is
version 1.1.16 - what's yours?), click on File and you will see Open Web
Location listed. Click on that and you will get a box which lists URLs

One option is to use a dedicated sync program, such as Syncback, to sync
your mail to a removable drive of some sort.
